'Provider not configured' error
A generation mode can be temporarily unavailable while we switch providers. Your credits are never charged for these attempts, and the mode page shows its status.
Generation stuck or failed
Jobs time out automatically (image modes: 2 minutes; 3D: 10 minutes; audio: 5 minutes) and credits are refunded. Refresh your project page — failed jobs are marked clearly.
Upload rejected
Reference uploads must be PNG/JPG/WebP/GIF, 4MB or less (checked by file contents, not extension). SVG is not accepted.
