Terms of Service

1. The service

GUIFoundry ("we", "the service") is an AI-powered generator of game assets — images, 3D models, audio and code — aimed at Roblox, UEFN/Fortnite Creative, Minecraft and Unity creators. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

AI models and available features

Our image generation and image editing use Alibaba Cloud Model Studio's Qwen-Image 2.0 (qwen-image-2.0). Luau code generation uses Qwen3-Coder-Plus (qwen3-coder-plus); the prompt enhancement feature uses Qwen-Plus (qwen-plus). Results from these features are AI-generated and need your review before use. GUIFoundry is an independent product and is not endorsed by the model provider. 3D and audio tools require separate providers and are currently unavailable; listing a tool does not mean it is enabled.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, automate access beyond normal use, or attempt to extract credits fraudulently.

3. Age & eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms for you. The service is not directed to children under 13.

4. Credits and refunds

Generations consume credits. If a generation fails on our side, the consumed credits are automatically refunded to your balance. Paid credits are tied to the subscription period in which they are granted; unused credits do not carry over unless stated otherwise.

5. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for unused time are not provided except where required by law or at our discretion for service failures.

6. Outputs & commercial use

As between you and GUIFoundry, we do not claim ownership of the outputs you generate, and we permit you to use them commercially, subject to these terms. AI outputs may not be unique, may resemble other material, and may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for third-party rights and for following the rules of platforms where you publish them.

7. Acceptable use

These rules apply to prompts, uploaded references, generated assets and anything you publish through GUIFoundry. Do not request, upload, create or distribute:

• pornography, explicit nudity, sexual services or other sexual/NSFW content;
• graphic violence, gore, instructions for real-world violence, or encouragement of self-harm;
• hate speech, extremist propaganda or targeted abuse of protected groups;
• sexual exploitation, sexualized depictions or other unsafe content involving children, including synthetic CSAM;
• deepfakes or deceptive impersonation of real people, including face swaps, simulated nudity and fabricated intimate scenes, even with consent;
• material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights, including unauthorized copies of protected characters or brand assets;
• fraud, harassment, deceptive political impersonation or other unlawful material.

Upload only material you own or are permitted to use. A photo or voice of another person requires that person's informed authorization. This permission does not allow prohibited deepfake uses. Do not bypass safety checks or credit limits, automate abuse, or resell access to our upstream APIs.

Checks and enforcement

We check generation and editing text prompts before calling the model. Prompt enhancement checks both the input and the improved text before showing the result. Blocked, uncertain or unavailable checks prevent that request from proceeding. Prompt checks do not establish that a resulting image is safe or that you have rights to it. Automated checks can miss violations; review your assets before sharing them. We may investigate reports, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate access for violations. Refund rights required by law remain unaffected. Do not attempt to evade a restriction.

Reports and appeals

Email hello@guifoundry.com with the subject "Content report" and the relevant page URL or job/asset reference. Describe the concern or the rights you hold; do not attach illegal material. We review reports and may restrict the material while investigating. To appeal a restriction, reply with its reference and the reason you believe it was mistaken. Do not repost restricted content during an appeal.

8. Third-party platforms

GUIFoundry is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Mojang/Microsoft, Epic Games, or Unity Technologies. Their trademarks belong to them; you are responsible for complying with their terms when publishing your assets on their platforms.

9. Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages beyond the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
